Recruitment Process:

We are looking for people who are passionate about their work.
Our team is the key to our success. That's why our hiring criteria is so selective. We are looking for the best and want to keep them for a long time.
But what do we mean by "the best"? People who are passionate about their work, who like to innovate and take on new challenges and who want to grow within an experienced team that delivers quality first and foremost. To preserve the strength that unites our teams, attitudes and aptitudes are the most important: we will develop the skills together. 

Analysis of your file
Our recruiters start by analyzing your CV to check if it corresponds to the desired profile. If your resume is interesting, but your profile doesn’t quite match the job vacancy, the Human Resources department will check to see if another position is more suitable for you. If this is not the case, we will keep your application for 12 months for a possible opening.
Telephone interview
When your profile matches the job, an HR advisor will call you to ask you a few questions to learn more about your skills and experience.
Interview at our office
If the telephone interview is successful, we will call you for an interview at our office. You will first meet an HR advisor and then the Manager for the position. This is your opportunity to assert yourself and ask any questions you want about the job.
Tests
For the vast majority of positions, you will have technical and psychometric tests to pass, depending on the position sought. No preparation is required.
References
A check of your references and your employment history will be done by our recruiters.
Second interview at our office
You will be called to our offices to finalize the analysis of your application. 
Decision
We will inform you of our decision by phone.
Integration
We really want new employees to integrate quickly and as best as possible into the Lansteel team.
